Pore Space and Storage Rights

• For a project to move forward, we work with pore space owners to grant us storage rights in exchange for fair, market-based compensation.
• The potential to have CO₂ safely stored thousands of feet under their land provides pore space owners with a new income opportunity.
• Although Mississippi's unitization laws allow projects to proceed once a certain percentage of landowners agree, our initial goal is to reach mutually beneficial agreements with everyone.

Our agents have already reached out to thousands of landowners across multiple states to discuss our carbon capture and storage projects. They are trained to interact in good faith and with respect. If any landowner feels otherwise, we will address the issue quickly and fairly.
